The vertical smoker is a proven
method of Low temperature
smoking. Although an effective
smoker, clean up is an issue.
Grease collects in the water pan
this takes 15 to 20 minutes
to clean.
The Smokenator’s water reservoir
doesn’t collect grease. All
drippings are absorbed by the ash
layer in the bottom of the kettle.
