The Smokenator - Cooks up to 30% faster



In comparison tests, between the Smokenator and a vertical cooker, using beef roasts of similiar weight, the Smokenator roast came to doneness about 25 to 30% faster than the veritcal smoker roast. The Smokenator offers a higher humidity level meaning more heat is transfered to the item cooked. It should be noted that the temperature of this test was 270 deg F. A lower temperature with same humidity might not produce the same results.
